نشرت صحيفة جلف نيوز في ملحقها الخاص (اكسبلورر) الصادر بتاريخ 28/11/2009م، معلومات خاطئة وخطيرة حول مسجد قبة الصخرة بالقدس، وجاء بها "ان مسجد قبة الصخرة قد تم بناؤه فوق المكان القديم للمعبد".
ان هذه المعلومات مضللة للقارئ، ولا تستند الى أي مرجع تاريخي متفق عليه، وتتنافى مع المعتقدات الاسلامية في عالمنا الاسلامي والعربي، ولها دلالات سياسية خطيرة، وهي تساند الادعاءات الاسرائيلية، وبالتالي تبرر افعالهم العدائية في فلسطين، وتبرر الحفريات التي يقومون بها في القدس وتحت المسجد الاقصى المبارك، مما يتسبب في تقويض اساساته وتعرضها للتهدم.

نطالب الصحيفة بتصحيح هذه المعلومة للقراء فورا، والاعتذار عن هذا الخطأ، وتحري الدقة في استقاء معلوماتهم في المرات القادمة.



The Explorer section in Gulfnews newspaper has shown historically incorrect information about the Dome of the Rock mosque in Jerusalem, Palestine, on November 28, 2009. The article (which is attached) wrongly stated that “the mosque was built atop the earlier location of the Temple”. This is misinforming the readers, only corroborating what the Israelis claim and use to justify their unjust occupation of Palestine, Jerusalem and Waqf of the mosque complex of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, as well as the steps they are taking to undermine the foundations of, and demolish, the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

We demand Gulfnews to correct this information immediately & apologizes for this mistake.
